East Coast: Robin Reiser

Robin is a writer, performer, and facilitator who’s brought storytelling and improv to stages and companies across the country. With credits on NBC, E!, TBS, and Sundance and training from The Groundlings, UCB, and IO West, she helps teams laugh more, listen better, and collaborate with ease. Robin splits her time between Los Angeles and Connecticut.

West Coast: Michelle Silver

Michelle is a multidisciplinary artist and certified Resilience Toolkit facilitator who blends improv with a background in film, music, and somatic psychology.
Her work focuses on connection, helping teams break down silos, spark creativity, and reconnect to purpose through play.
